Yes, we will conduct a short interview and an identity verification and vetting process. We also ensure we have two references and these will always be checked to ensure the quality of your work and your commitment to We Clean Homes.

We follow a critical path here at We Clean Homes. Once your details have been submitted we will arrange an initial interview, at this stage we will also complete all paperwork including handbooks, and reference checks. The paperwork and checks usually take around 2 weeks. If everything meets our vetting checks you will be added to the system to begin work in around 14 working days.

This up to you and the client to decide on the best time and day for the clean. You probably won't be working nights or weekends.

We'll follow up with you within 24 hours after receiving your application. Once we review your information, we'll call you to set up an interview.

No, we don't reimburse travelling expenses. We do try to allocate cleaning jobs as close to you as possible.

We request clients to supply all the cleaning equipment you would need to complete the tasks they require. This is because many clients have particular products which they prefer to be used in their home. We also like to prevent any cross contamination which could occur if equipment is used in multiple properties.
