You’ll then see our pricing straight away, and if you’re happy to continue, you can book a call with us to discuss your needs in more detail and make sure the service is the right fit. If everything sounds good, we’ll arrange a suitable cleaner in your area and organise the start of your regular cleaning service.

  • Who carries out the cleaning?

    Cleaning is carried out by experienced local cleaners who work in your area. All cleaners are vetted, government ID checked, and fully insured for your peace of mind. We arrange the match and manage the ongoing service to help ensure everything runs smoothly and that you feel confident about who is cleaning your home.

  • What if something is damaged?

    All cleaners are covered by our insurance for your peace of mind. If anything is accidentally damaged during a clean, please contact us straight away. We’ll review what happened and work with the cleaner to put things right as quickly and fairly as possible.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?

    Yes, clients provide all cleaning products and equipment. This gives you full control over what is used in your home and allows you to choose products that suit your preferences, surfaces, or sensitivities.   • How do I change or reschedule a clean?

    If you need to change or reschedule a clean, you can arrange this directly with your cleaner. They’ll be able to confirm availability and agree a new time with you. If you ever have difficulty getting hold of them, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

  • What should I do before a cleaner arrives?

    It’s helpful to tidy away personal items, paperwork, or clutter before a clean so your cleaner can focus on the agreed tasks. If you have pets, you may wish to make arrangements to ensure the cleaner can work comfortably. Your cleaner can advise if they have any specific preferences or preparations that would help on the day.

  • What if I’m not happy with a service?

If needed, we’re happy to speak with the cleaner on your behalf to take the awkwardness out of the situation and help put things right.   • How do I pay?

    You pay your cleaner directly, usually after each clean. Payment is typically made by cash or bank transfer, depending on what you agree together. Your cleaner will confirm their preferred payment method and when payment is due before your cleaning begins.

  • When will my cleaner start?

    Once we’ve matched you with a suitable cleaner, you’ll agree a start date directly with her. In some cases, she may be able to start on the same day, or you can arrange a suitable start date together. We recommend having a quick walkthrough of your home with the cleaner at the first visit to agree what will be cleaned and how long the visit will take. There is a minimum booking of 2 hours per clean. Start times can vary depending on availability in your area.

  • Does it cost anything to submit an enquiry?

    No. Submitting an enquiry through We Clean Homes is completely free. You’re under no obligation until you’re happy to go ahead with the arranged service.

  • Do you guarantee a cleaner will be available?

    Availability can vary by area. If we can’t arrange a cleaner straight away, we’ll let you know and keep your details on file as availability opens up.

  • Will my home be secure?

    Your home’s security is very important to us. If you choose to provide a key, your cleaner will sign a key receipt form and is instructed during onboarding on how to store and protect keys safely. You can also agree directly with your cleaner how access will work, whether that’s being at home, leaving a key, or another arrangement that feels comfortable for you. If you ever have concerns, we’re always here to help.

  • Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

    It’s completely up to you. Some clients prefer to be at home, especially at the beginning, while others are happy to arrange access and carry on with their day. We do recommend being at home for the first clean in case the cleaner has any questions and to make sure everything is set up just how you like it. After that, you can decide what works best for you and agree the arrangements directly with your cleaner.
