  • Do you guarantee a cleaner will be available?

    While we cover all of Greater Manchester, availability can vary by area. If we can’t arrange a cleaner straight away, we’ll let you know and keep your details on file as availability opens up.

  • Will my home be secure?

    Your home’s security is very important to us. If you choose to provide a key, your cleaner will sign a key receipt form and is instructed during onboarding on how to store and protect keys safely. You can also agree directly with your cleaner how access will work, whether that’s being at home, leaving a key, or another arrangement that feels comfortable for you. If you ever have concerns, we’re always here to help.

  • Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

    It’s completely up to you. Some clients prefer to be at home, especially at the beginning, while others are happy to arrange access and carry on with their day. We do recommend being at home for the first clean in case the cleaner has any questions and to make sure everything is set up just how you like it.
